Q. Does the tuition have to be paid in a lump sum?
A. As a rule we request a single payment, but on a case-by-case basis, we may offer a payment plan of up to 3 installments.

A. Please inform your EAP representative. If that does not help, please contact the JEAP Service Center.

Q. Please tell me more about your information policies.
A. Private information is managed and stored by JEAP and associate companies which are bound by a contract protecting proprietary information. Thus we will not expose any private information unless there is permission to do so by the original person.
Information sent over the Internet passes through multiple number of networks, and there is a danger of information theft. To avoid this possibility, JEAP uses digital IDs over a SSL encoded transmission for web pages which carry personal information.

Q. What browser do you recommend?
A. We recommend you use Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 SP2 or newer.
