J.EAP Help Desk

Our specialty include; job stress, interpersonal relationships, organizational restructuring, sexual harassment, survivor syndrome, parenting, elder care and other mental health/Chemical Dependency problems. We will help to find a solution to the problem, and provide support for maintaining a healthy state by removing the root cause of the problem in an objective manner.
The JEAP Help Desk will provide telephone assessment and consultation, face-to-face assessment and consultation at J.EAP office and referrals to the appropriate clinical psychologist, psychiatrist, social worker or lawyer, from a nation-wide network, when appropriate The content of the consultation, and the client's name will be kept strictly confidential.

Including Services
1) Usage of the Help Desk
2) Introduction and Orientation (one session)
3) Educationals, such as contributing articles to company newspapers (3 times/year)
4) Short-term counseling
5) Assessment
6) Periodical reports
