Measurement of Effectiveness

At JEAP, we have a quarterly evaluation system to ascertain whether the EAP is properly functioning within the target organization. Below is a sample of this process.

1) Usage is defined as follows
How many people out of the total employee headcount are utilizing the service?

2) Data Analysis and recommendations to customer
Data Analysis
Personal Consultation: Many problems involve inter-personal relationships, and in communicating with others. The number of serious cases has declined.
Organizational Consultation: The increase in communication training has helped reduce the number of personal problems above.

Proposal
Because of frequent organizational changes, employees who cannot adapt to changes are on the rise. Mental change management and introduction of focus groups are effective to help employees to quickly adapt to changes in the workplace.
