Power Harassment

"Power Harassment" cases are rapidly increasing. At a time of increasing unemployment rates, management tends to act arrogantly to its employees, and merciless management start to become common. When the cold attitude that such treatment is inevitable to win over the competition becomes the norm, it leads to a preference for a "win at all costs" type management, where losers are thrown out.
