In order to assure the spread of mediation skills in a company, JEAP recommends the training of company instructors.

Course Prerequisites
The one-day course in Mediation at the Workplace must be completed.

Train the Trainer
Completion of a 2-day course in training an instructor. If there are 3 or more applicants in a company, a trainer will be sent for a 2-day on-site training. Training course fee (excluding trainer dispatch fee and transportation charges) ¥400,000
